"Classy" is most commonly expressed through the Living room, the Dining room, the Family room, and the Den. It's what invites your guests to feel mature, social, and comfortable in your home. It's where you and your family will make memories.
"Sophisticated" is most commonly expressed through the Wine cellar, the Pool room, the Library, and the Cigar lounge. These are the "grown-up" rooms of the house that will hold deep engaging conversations as well as high appreciations for the finer things in life.
"Posh" (or Chic) is most commonly expressed through the Backyard, Patio, Bedroom, and Kitchen. It's the areas of your home that make you feel successful, proud, and comfortable, while yet displaying to guests who you are and how you live your life.
"High Class" can be defined by almost any room in the house that expresses only the finest and richest looks. However, you will most commonly see "High Class" displayed through such rooms or exterior's as a Master-Suite Closet, Home Theater, Garage, Fireplace room, Frontyard, Foyer, Terrace, Outdoor Sports Courts, Outdoor Kitchen, and private Golf Courses. Most of these area's just exuberate money, status, and pure opulence.
"Refined" (or Cultured, Luxury, Elegant) is most commonly related to a consistent old and rich leather-looking home such as Colonial, Traditional, Victorian, and Tudor style homes. It's a lavish look that invites discussions of education, politics, and investing while smoking a cigar and sipping a fine drink.
